Returns Policy

KIDSEN is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please read on for details of how we can help with any returns issues.

Exchanges or Refunds
If you simply want to return or exchange an item, we are happy to do this for you, providing the item is returned to us unused with its original packaging.  Please try to ensure items  will not be damaged in transit by packaging them well.All items should be returned 14 days from receipt of product. 

Please ensure you enclose your contact details (phone, email, address) with any returned items.  Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning the items to us, but we will act promptly to refund your original purchase or supply a replacement item where requested. 

Exemptions - Used Items
Please note KIDSEN cannot refund money on merchandise that has been damaged, worn, used, laundered, or altered in any way.   We hope that you enjoy your purchase from KIDSEN and we appreciate your business and support.
