Exchanges or Refunds by Post
If you simply want to return or exchange an item, we are happy to do this for you, providing the item is returned to us unused with its original packaging. Please try to ensure items will not be damaged in transit by packaging them well. All items should be returned 14 days from receipt of product.
Please ensure you enclose your contact details (phone, email, address) with any returned items. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning the items to us, but we will act promptly to refund your original purchase or supply a replacement item where requested.

You can return any item in store even if the item was bought online. Please bring a printout of your order and visit us at:

Exemptions - Used Items
