• Open plan villa house which comes virtually fully assembled.  Only minor assembly such as installing railings - no complex setup or reams of instructions.
• Can be plugged in and lit up at night which looks beautiful.  Some lights supplied (2 terrace lamps) and more lights can be purchased (see the Lundby Lampset).  Do note, does need a transformer (sold seperately) to light it.
• Comes with some extras such as pull down acrylic doors and a beautiful swimming pool with a mosaic terrace.  The pool pulls out of a drawer at the base of the house and can be shut away when not in use.
• As with other models, this dolls house is built with a generous 1:18 scale which means it has some fantastic detail
• Fantastic range of accessories available to really make this dolls house come to life. 
• Because of small parts suitable for ages 5+ and up
