At KIDSEN we want every customer to be happy with all aspects of our service and that includes the price you pay.  So we've introduced our price match promise. 

How Does The Price Match Promise Work?
Well, in a nutshell if you find your item cheaper on another UK website then we'll refund the difference to you.  So you can shop on our site with peace of mind that you'll not only get great customer service (see our reviews here) - you'll also get a fair price too.

How Do I Claim A Price Match?

To request a price match refund drop an email to orders AT kidsen.co.uk (substitute the word AT for a real @ sign).  Please include the following information:

• The website where you saw the item cheaper (a link to the product itself would be great)
• Your details - name, email and phone number.

We'll then review the details and respond to you by email.  We aim to do this within three days (it may well be quicker).   If your price match is valid we will refund the difference.  You can also contact us about a price match prior to ordering.  

Anything Else?

In the interest of keeping the price promise fair and easy to use we have the following terms of use: 

• Our price-match promise applies only to other Internet retailers that have the identical product in stock or immediately available and the product is priced correctly and accurately.
• To price-match, we must be satisfied that the products in question are identical. 
• Prices are compared excluding delivery charges. Our price-match promise does not apply to delivery charges.
• We do not price-match with special offers, promotions, discount vouchers and/or product-bundle pricing. 
• We also do not price match on second hand products or auction sites - only new items.
• KIDSEN will always be fair in a price match, but to prevent any abuse the final decision rests with us.  We reserve the right to refuse any price-match request and under no circumstances do we have a legal obligation to price-match.  (Sorry our lawyers advised us to put that bit in)
• Our price-match promise may be subject to change without notice at any time (yes they told us to say that too)
